A 3D Multi-Function Package Experience
This Modern Bohemian project turned a tiny open living floor plan into a warm, multifunctional space that’s perfect for both everyday living and entertaining. The client was unsure about how to maximize their small space—they struggled with what layout would work and what furniture to choose for their renovation, all while keeping the design stylish and functional.
We started with a neutral color palette of soft beiges, warm browns, and natural wood tones, creating a cozy, grounded feel.
Key highlights include:
Natural Materials: Wood accents, like the coffee table, stools, and floating TV console, add a rustic charm and tie the space together.
Textural Contrast: A mix of textures from the wall hanging, plush pillows, and rug bring coziness and depth, making the room inviting and layered.
Clean Lines & Minimalist Furniture: Simple, sleek pieces like the sofa and console keep the space open and airy while offering enough seating for guests.
Decorative Details: Personalized wall art, shelving, and thoughtfully chosen lighting add softness and character, making the room feel uniquely homey.
By carefully selecting the perfect layout, I was able to ensure the space remained highly functional for entertaining without feeling cramped. With the help of a 3D walkthrough, the client confidently envisioned their transformed space before it was completed.

A Full Home Renovation:
This Japandi Oasis project was a full home renovation for a client whose house was severely flooded. The client envisioned a calm, zen, minimal space with no clutter, and we brought that vision to life by blending the serene minimalism of Japanese design with the cozy simplicity of Scandinavian style.
We also completely opened up the floor plan to ensure the client’s husband, who has disabilities, could move freely throughout the space without obstacles in his way. The result is a tranquil, functional retreat that’s both beautiful and accessible.
