For new builds, renovations, or kitchen and bath remodels, first fill out our design questionnaire so I can get to know you and your project goals. You’ll hear back from me within two business days with all the deets on how we can collaborate. Then, we’ll schedule a Discovery Call, where we’ll dive into your ideas, aesthetic, and budget. After that, you’ll get a project proposal breaking down everything from investment to timelines. Once you’re all in (contract signed, first payment done), we’ll get this design party started!
For virtual e-design packages, start by booking your package to enter the stream of upcoming bookings. Next, complete the design questionnaire that comes with it. Depending on the package, we’ll then set up a time for a project kick-off call. With every e-design package, you’ll also receive a contract to sign. Once everything is finalized, we’ll begin working on your design with regular updates and digital renderings!

For virtual design packages, the timing is a bit more straightforward:
2D packages usually take 1-2 weeks from the start date.
3D packages can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks, depending on the size of the project.

For bigger projects like renovations or new builds, we’ll schedule phone calls throughout the project with you and the General Contractor. I like to keep evenings and weekends inbox-free, but don’t worry—I’m with you every step of the way, whether you’re going full-service or choose one our virtual design packages.

Absolutely! I want to make sure your space feels just right. That’s why all virtual design packages come with a set number of revisions (don’t worry, it’s usually more than enough!).
